A core objective of the IMPACT project is to establish structures that continuously highlight the discipline-specific relevance of intersectional gender perspectives. This effort focuses on three key areas:
- Raising awareness among researchers.
- Expanding the reach of scientists.
- Fostering dialogue between science and society.

With the series "See More Than Before!", researchers with transdisciplinary perspectives present their findings through the following formats:
Blog: Aimed at researchers who incorporate gender aspects into their everyday research, the blog invites them to share insights into their work. Contributors are encouraged to discuss their experiences and perspectives on gender issues in science, complemented by visual content that enhances the narrative.
Short Film Series: In short videos (5–7 minutes), researchers showcase a specific research project, detailing their theoretical and methodological approaches, the integration of intersectional gender perspectives, and the key findings that emerged. These videos are published on a dedicated YouTube channel, embedded in the IMPACT media library on the project website, and disseminated across social media platforms using hashtags such as #impact and #seemorethanbefore.
Science Slam: The biennial "See More Than Before!" Science Slam is designed for early-career researchers who have integrated intersectional gender perspectives into their transdisciplinary work. Through brief, engaging presentations, participants share their findings with a broad public audience, promoting the transfer of knowledge to society. At the same time, the format fosters diverse perspectives and fresh ideas for ongoing and future research projects.
This multifaceted approach ensures that intersectional gender perspectives are not only integrated into research but also communicated effectively to academic and societal audiences.
